One talented individual will be selected to travel to Scotland to cover The Open Championship for Golf World magazine. His or her story may be featured in the British Open Coverage issue, July 26th and read by over 1.2 million avid golf fans.
Between April 1st and 30th, submit an 800-word story covering a professional golf tournament on any of the tours during the month for your opportunity to work on every golf writer’s Dream Assignment, the 150th British Open at St. Andrews.
A panel of judges comprised of golf experts in both television and print journalism will review and evaluate submissions to select the winner.
